Ordering was easy, service was great. When I needed to exchange for larger sizes as they seemed to run small, the representative that helped me (Quency) was awesome!! My grandsons love "their teams" slippers and overall I am happy with the larger sized slippers.
Fed Ex delivered but it took two days to find the package. An email reported that the package was put in the front door. We looked for two days, contacted neighbors on both sides, thinking it went to the wrong address, we even contacted Fed Ex, we finally found it at the back door, one that we never use.
We were just happy to find it.
