Got these for my husband, who is finally getting knee replacement surgery. Often people bring slippers that are too small (if any swelling occurs), or are too loose to be safe to do physical therapy in. As a nurse, I wish more patients brought these slippers with them!!! They can be gently put on and adjusted for a secure non slip fit.
He has a high arch,so these could use a little more arch support. Otherwise a GREAT Slipper!!!

These slippers should be perfect for hospital or nursing home use as well as for home use. I gave a pair to my brother-in-law, who currectly resides in a nursing home. His older slippers were beaten down in the back and very difficult to get on and off. With the adjustable foldover flat at the top of his new "Slippers" style, he no longer worries about getting into them or having them slip off, potentially causing him to fall.

I purchased these for my father who is wheelchair bound in a nursing home. He wears an 11, but his feet stay very swollen. There was just barely enough allowance with the velcro strap. Also, there is quite a length difference between an 11 and a 13, which is what I remember the Size large to be. The shoe is a good shoe, it just wasn't a perfect fit.
