I find these thong style footwear to be the best of everything: style, natural materials, durability, support and a great feel with one negative exception. I do not normally wear this type of footwear because I have severe back problems and generally require footwear with more than normal arc and overall added support to reduce the pounding my back takes if the shoes are flimsy. However, with the one exception - that being that the toe straps are coarse and thick and with my tender feet, the area between my toes because quite sore after only wearing them briefly. I remedied the problem by first using foot mole foam and now have progressed to just using a fabric band aid. I suspect that most people would not have a problem like me if they have worn thongs before.
I do like the way they cushion my feet and my back does not seem anymore painful than usual when I walk in them. They are easy on/off which is a definite plus. I also find that because you have to almost tense your feet so they don't just fall off, which I think might be usual for thongs, that this actually has helped my arc problems. I do like them because of the outdoor sole and especially because they are made mostly of natural material. For a first time thong wearer, I give them high marks for comfort, except were mentioned. Whenever this pair wears out I'm certain I will purchase another pair. Perhaps the manufacturer might consider adding other natural colors for variety.

i wear them around the house ALL the time.
they are great in comfort & function.

the only constructive words i can say are i wish they lasted a little longer. this is my 3rd pair in 2 years but maybe i am too hard on them or wash them in the machine too much...?
