I can't imagine why no one has made an outdoor slipper like this before now! Very cool! The elastic on the top makes the slipper stay on my foot and the curved bottom allows me to walk like I do in a normal shoe. It does get easier after a couple of days when the foam padding molds to your foot. Once I put them on in the morning, I have a hard time taking them off. They are comfortable and fun! I can run errands, take kids to school, go shopping, etc. Rain or snow, it doesn't matter. I also love to take them camping or on trips because I don't like to go barefooted in hotel rooms. Great product!

Intitially, they kept falling off. This is due to the top part of slipper being too high up towards the top of the ankle and with no bend in the sole, the foot has to slip out on walking. The inside molds nicely to the shape of the feet.

They were too pretty and cosy not to alter and use, so I took out the elastic and cut a line across the top about an inch in and then folded the material inwards and upwards, then sewed it closed. Now the slippers enable my foot to lift upwards properly and the slippers stay on marvellously! I LOVE THEM NOW!

Well worth the effort. BUT, I could not have worn them as sold.
