          I have worn out several pair of these gold slippers. They go with everything and add a touch of class to nightwear. They have better traction than Daniel Green brand which will slip on a wet surface. However, they are not meant to wear outside on wet surfaces because the soles are thin leather and will absorb water. The only problem I've experienced is a sore spot occasionally being rubbed on top of a big toe due to a snagged lining or inside seam which is remedied by temporarily using a bandage.
